Patient presented with severe periodontal disease affecting all remaining teeth. Multiple teeth were mobile grade III, with significant bone loss visible on panoramic radiograph. Patient had been wearing partial dentures but was dissatisfied with function and aesthetics.
After comprehensive evaluation including CBCT scan, the treatment plan involved extraction of remaining teeth, immediate All-on-4 placement in both arches, and delivery of provisional fixed prostheses within 72 hours.
Patient received fixed teeth within 3 days of starting treatment. At 24-month follow-up, all 8 implants show excellent integration with no bone loss. Patient reports full satisfaction with function and aesthetics.
